The Secaucus Housing Authority’s (SHA) fiscal year begins April 1 and ends on March 31.  Each year SHA must submit a budget to HUD and the NJ Department of Community Affairs (DCA).  The SHA must conduct an audit at the end of each fiscal year which also must be submitted to HUD and DCA.

The SHA must submit an Annual Plan and Five Year Plan to HUD.  SHA’s Annual Plan can be found in the Capital Plan section.  SHA’s last Five Year Plan was for 2011-2015 and can be found in the Annual Plan section.
