Meetings

The Secaucus Housing Authority (SHA) holds ten regular meetings per year and when necessary Special Meetings. The SHA is subject to New Jersey’s Open Public Meetings law and must post an annual advertisement in local publications and the main bulletin board in Secaucus Town Hall.

This section includes this year’s upcoming meeting schedule, and previous year’s agendas and meeting minutes. A meeting agenda for this year’s meeting are posted one week prior to the scheduled meeting date.

Annual Calendar

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 231, Public Law 1975, Annual Notice of the schedule of regular meetings of the Housing Authority of the Town of Secaucus, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey for the year 2025 is hereby provided. The locations of said regular meetings shall be as follows:

The Elms - 777 Fifth Street
Impreveduto Towers - 600 County Avenue
Kroll Heights - 700 County Avenue
